Hi Guys,

After an awful experience with some guests that have left us with a bill of over £1500 for new doors I want to set a few things straight.

We WILL not refund your deposit should there be any damage what so ever to any part of the van. This is OUR holiday home where we come with our children. I don't expect to arrive on my holiday and it be a disgusting mess. I honestly don't now how some people live it's shocking.

Also when you use the oven/ microwave or actifyer clean it before you leave , the fact that people even think its acceptable to leave my actifryer/ microwave in the state it was it revolting.

I also need to go and buy my 6 year old a new scooter due to someone writing all over it and breaking, pencils & felts are also being binned and won't be left anymore, allowing your children to draw over walls, cushions and kitchen cupboards is not OK, you might be OK with it in your own home but this isn't your home.

Additionally if your children aren't careful enough with food and drinks in bedrooms don't allow them to take it in, another cost for me to pick up due to spillages.

I have 3 kids I completely understand accidents happen just let us now ASAP so we can sort something out sooner rather than later.

Deposits will be kept for :

* Any damages / spillages
* Any additional cleaning
* Any smell of w**d or ci******es
* Any evidence of pets in the van
* Any TV remotes you loose or take with you.

Thus is all stated in your terms and conditions on your booking forms.
