Shaz-A-Van The Chase

Please note bedding is not included ,but beds can be made up on arrival for you at an extra cost .....

You must provide your own , and any one choosing not to use bedding ,resulting in the quilts or matress and pillow protectors being marked or spoilt in any way , the cost will be deducted from your bond .....

All quilts and pillows are new and clean and are included for your stay all pillows and matresses are protected

The van is pet free , and i don’t allow smoking of any kind in the caravan please !! PLEASE use the ashtray provided

The van is 37 x 12 and has a very large gated veranda for your enjoyment

The van is double glazed and central heated

The main bedroom is very spacious , with 2 double wardrobes , a dressing table , and a very comfy double bed

the 2nd bedroom is 2 x singles

and there is a pull out double as new in the living room

Separate toilet , and shower room

Lots of games for the children , a wide selection of DVD’s for all the family to enjoy a nice big tv and a dvd player

Buckets and spades are available for you to use during your stay

Woody’s pub is literally 1 min walk from the van to the rear of the venue

and you are only a short walk to fantasy island

the caravan is in prime position to view the fireworks , so sit back on the deck and enjoy

i offer a welcome basket on arrival for you , which includes tea, coffee , biscuits etc , all with our compliments

we have a lovely van for you in a lovely location , so please be advised that if there are any occupancy problems or unacceptable behaviour....i have absolutely no problem asking you to leave

so if that all sounds ok then a £50 deposit secures your holiday

and a £50 bond will be included in your price , which i will refund within 24 hours of checking the van , as i say i am close by , so refund usually will happen on check out when i collect the keys
