Caravan is no smoking, no pets sorry, you may smoke outside on the decking. Sited on Morningside on a premium very large corner plot a stones throw away from all amenities on site, with parking at the caravan for two cars. It has a large front enclosed ver

ander overlooking a pond with waterfalls and ducks and swans. All bedding is provided and gas/electric included in prices. Entertainment passes can be purchased at reception, there are lots of things to do on site. Children's entertainment play areas also crazy golf. A gym/sauna and pool onsite 2 bars arcades launderette, shop, chip shop and on site hotel. Also a large Show bar with live entertainment and kids club which has activities during the day and early evening. A 60pound refundable damage/booking fee is required to book, the balance is due 4 weeks before. We are verified owners on FBS-verified owners and caravans to let in skegness and surrounding areas check us out. Also available to book on Airbnb. NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES of any kind from the caravan at any time a charging point can be found on site caravans run on a much lower charge 15amp and this can blow all electrics. Anyone found charging their vehicle will have their holiday terminated and will be removed from site plus a 200pound charge added to their bill. Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions as agreed to at the time of booking.

1 A contract between you and the owners will come into existence when we receive payment and accept your booking by issuing a confirmation of booking for the holiday dates that will be shown in the agreement. The contract binds you & all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking. A list of occupancy names will be required and handed to security and the site for fire safety and insurance purposes. Maximum Occupancy is 6 including infants.

2 A refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the holiday charge and the £60 refundable damage deposit. The balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date which will be stated on your booking, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.

3 All cancellations must be immediately notified by telephone and then in writing. If you cancel your holiday your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday then the full balance is not refundable.

4 We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

5 Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.

6 The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed 6 including infants and only those people listed on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

7 Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. We (the owner) reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

8 We or our representative reserve the right to enter the accomodation at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.

9 Check in normally commences at 2pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the accomodation by 10am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.

10 Pets or smoking anywhere on the premises will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets or smoking will be at the expense of you.

11 Damage deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday less the cost of damage/breakages if applicable after inspection.

12 Damage to property – Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If you damage the property do not try to fix it, report immediately. If there have been any breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could replace them or advise us before you leave. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage found. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked when checking out and turn off any heating. Remove all rubbish and place into the on site bins provided. Return the keys.
13 Do not dry washing inside the caravan or on the radiators, this causes excess humidity and damp and no one wants green or black walls, it also damages the radiators please use rotary dryer outside or use on site launderette dryers.
14 Do not place hot pans on the work surfaces use pan stand provided or marble cutting block.
15 Remind your guests to lock the doors and close the windows when they leave your property unoccupied.
16 The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
17 Please note that in the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
18 The client may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.
19 The internet connection is available (at extra cost) subject to technical availability. Free internet is available in the boat house bar and Show bar.
20 The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the caravan, or site ammenities. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.
21 All inventory must remain in the property it was in at arrival and not be taken to another property.
22 I provide little touches for the benefit of guests, toiletries, liquid soap, toilet rolls. coat hangers and complimentary refreshments ect. Please make use of them during your stay. Do not take them as freebies when you leave, Leave them for other guests to use as they form part of the inventory. Children under 18 must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.
23 We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others. Or they are asked to leave by security or the site.
24 Any problem or complaint which the client may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported directly to us and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the proprietor.
25 We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.
26 Covid Rules; Do not travel if you feel unwell, self-isolation is not allowed on site you must return to your permanent address to isolate. Please let us know if you are told to isolate by the track and trace team or have had symptoms during your stay so we can take steps to thoroughly fully disinfect the caravan. This property is privately owned and is our home. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own home. Been a tad windy here on Southview last couple of days with the storm passing think we have weathered the storm nearly and everything seems to be ok on site. We are warm and toasty in the caravan for the next few days no plans to venture out and about plenty to eat and drink so we will wait until it all passes.

We had a lovely stay at Anita’s caravan. It was like a home from home with all the essentials you would need even down to her providing water and milk in the fridge ready for your arrival. It was spotlessly clean and perfect if you have a few guests due to having two toilets as well as two showers. Also it was a short walk to the entertainment hub making it a great location. Check in and out was easy and very personal as she was there to greet you and say goodbye at departure. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a great priced caravan close to Skegness seafront.

From the very beginning, at the start of the booking I knew I had made the right decision to book Anita’s caravan. She was the perfect host before, during and at the end of our stay. Her caravan was “spotless” in a prime location only minutes from the hub of the resort amenities. Anitas caravan had everything you could possibly think off and more, even down to bathroom essentials, and all the cleaning essentials you may forget, there was even milk in the fridge just in case (which was very helpful as I had forgotten). The caravan had a very homely feeling to it, in a perfect spot next to a small lake and it was very clear Anita takes pride in her caravan. If you are looking for a beautiful caravan, at a great price, close to all the amenities and the entertainment hub, and close to Skegness then you will be pushed to find a more “home from home” place…I will be returning without doubt. As this season 2024 is gradually coming to an end I should like to thank all guests for booking with us this year, we do hope you all enjoyed your stay with us, some of you have already booked up for next season in advance and become regular guests and hopefully friends.
