All deposits must be paid to secure your holiday.
Will be paid back once holiday complete if nothing missing or broken and checked by our site cleaner.
Deposits will not be paid back if you cancel your holiday.
There is payment plans in place to help pay for your holiday if needed just ask.
All bed will not be made but all bedding will be placed at end of each bed along with towels.
Dogs are welcome.
Smoking not allowed inside the caravan at all times but vapes will be considered.
Please leave our caravan clean and tidy.
Please leave us a review once stayed as we would appreciate it if you could.

kettle, toaster, air fryer, cooker, gas fire and plug in radiators for bedrooms.
Tv with Freeview and built in DVD player.
Hs 1 master bedroom, 2 twin rooms.
We are a pet friends van.
Has a enclosed veranda with gate with table and chairs.
Pet family friendly site.
2 pubs on site coral beach club with arcades and bingo and sealands with kids entertainment and play area.
5 min walk to Fantasy Island and 10 min walk to beach..
Plenty of bus links to Skegness town and animal farm.
All bookings are £75 security deposit this is refunded back to you once been inspected by our cleaner the day you leave.
