The RNLI has warned that these small fish might be burrowing beneath the sand due to the warmer weather.

They are easy to step on and have a very painful sting so beach shoes are recommended where possible.

If you are stung, the affected area should be put in hot water (as hot as you can stand it) for at least 30 minutes, your nearest lifeboat station can help with this. If symptoms become serious, seek medical attention. 🐟

Just to give everybody heads up. There is a burst water mains in Skegness affecting Lincoln Road and A158. Anglian water expect reconnection 1800hrs tonight.

Message from southview leisure park

Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the wider area, there is currently a temporary water outage at Southview Holiday Park. Unfortunately, we have not yet been given an expected time but we are working with our water supplier to resolve the situation as quickly as we can.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update as soon as possible, in the mean time we are providing bottled water at reception.

We are investigating an arson at a caravan at Southview Holiday Park in Burgh Road, Skegness on Friday 27 May. A 13-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of arson, and has been released on bail. http://ow.ly/oGPo50JkWHv

Park Dean are currently experiencing issue with the water and most areas of the park are without water. They are trying to investigate the problem now and the water should hopefully be back in soon.

Yes we are open!!!! We are now taking bookings from 16th April 2021.
Its been a rough 12 months and the business is still feeling the effects from Covid 19 and we probably will do for few more months to come.
BUT we are very excited about getting back to some normality, and I'm sure you are too. We still have lots of availability so please do check out our available dates on our website.
