There's double glazing and central heating for your comfort, a 43'' 4k smart TV, Freeview, Disney + and Amazon Prime, DVD player and recently upgraded free private Wi-Fi. There's also a fire in the lounge for cosy evenings in, great dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is small tv in the master b

edroom with DVD player plus an additional toilet. Ready made beds on arrival, cleaning included, iron, hairdryer, travel cot bed on request, BBQ, cleaning essentials, coffee and tea all provided. Southview has some amazing facilities including

Those cheeky witches still haven’t managed to get their potion right to grow a mermaid tail! 🧜‍♀️

We have had a curly pigs tails, a fluffy squirrels tail and a big blue and green peacock tail but no mermaids tail! 🙈

This spectacular building opened 2018 and is open all year round. A purpose built and accessible marine observatory, it includes exhibitions on the local area, an art space, café, public toilets and car park. It sits on a slight promontory at Chapel Point - just 8 miles from Skegness.

You’ll experience great views along the beach from North Sea Observatory but also out to sea.

Binoculars are provided in the café.
