We have 2 & 3 bedroomed 6/8 berth holiday homes. The sofa's pull out to make a double bed in the lounge. There are no hidden charges at CJ

's Holiday Homes. Included in the price is Mains Gas, Electric, Butlins Skegness passes for up to 6 or 8 guests. We do not charge extra for the use of our Pushchairs, Highchairs, Travel cots and Bedguards which are available in most caravans. We offer a variety of breaks - Stays for 3, 4, 7, 10, 14 Nights. Our caravans are family friendly and we do not allow

The living space is light and airy with large windows and front doors that lead out onto your own wrap around decked area, complete with gate.
The colour scheme is striking and works beautifully with the co-ordinated soft furnishings. There is also a log burner effect fire. The beautiful country manor look & feel of this Mini Lodge ensures your stay with us is just pure luxury.

The open plan living area is spacious and thoughtfully designed with soft greys and neutral colour scheme, creating an ideal homely retreat for your family holidays.
The lounge and dining area has comfortable freestanding three seater sofa and two armchairs, a pouffe, a TV cabinet and a tasteful focal fireplace with modern electric log effect fire. The dining area comprises of a sturdy freestanding table and four matching chairs. This is a great space for chilling out on an evening after a full day enjoying the park facilities or visiting the wonderful attractions in the area.

The kitchen has been designed to provide plenty of storage cabinets and a spacious preparation area, with soft grey slab doors and contrasting wood effect cabinets, a slot in cooker with glass splashback and extractor and an integrated fridge freezer. Enjoy the extra benefits of the integrated washing machine & Dishwasher. The beautiful kitchen is the perfect space for preparing and cooking those holiday meals.

The kitchen area is completed with an island, with two stools and the other side is a useful cupboard

There are three bedrooms, a kingsize & two twins. one twin has full size single beds. The master Kingsize bedroom has a serene atmosphere, with bedside cabinets and extra large wardrobe space, en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin bedrooms also provide a calming colour scheme and ample storage for those holiday clothes.
