It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to sell our caravan.
The caravan is a 2004 atlas oasis, three bedroomed, 35x10. It did have a fold out bed in living room but we ended up taking it out as it kept getting broken, but easy enough to return if renting out.
Comes fully equipped as it stands ready to go including bedding.
Panel heaters in the bedrooms. All curtains included, oven was new last year, has fire angle smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm, enclosed veranda to front door and pvc steps to rear door. Has just has gas test done so good for a year. Ground rent is paid till November and last year it was £3400.
It's on a good plot on site don't flood or get bogged down. You can park at the side of the van, it's a minute walk to the side gate and two minutes to beach ⛱️
Change over is I believe £1800 but I can check.
