Set within 250 acres of ancient broadleaf woodland, this is the perfect place to stay for that much-needed peaceful break. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a pot of tea or take in the evening air in summer. Guests can choose to dine in the kitchen or the conservatory, which commands super views of the garden, and when the fertile crops have been harvested, there is a tantalising view of Lincoln Cathedral from the edge of the garden, towering majestically above the landscape. Whether you want to discover the city of Lincoln, with its iconic cathedral or the Lincolnshire Wold an area of outstanding beauty, or just stay put and chill

It's fantastic to see a new plaque in Lincoln celebrating the birth of at the former Monson Arms pub on Lincoln's High Street in 1884.
The er****on of this plaque is perfectly timed as our newly launched Historic Pubs walking tour celebrates some of the historic moments, people and stories that have happened in public houses across the city, including those that are no longer with us like the Monson Arms!
