Think stone flagged floors, old fireplaces, exposed beams, stone mullioned windows and window seats to sit and admire the views. Downstairs you'll find a large sitting room with comfy sofas and log burning stove, a spacious kitchen extending onto a large dining area with traditional pine table and chairs, a second sitting room stocked with children's toys and opening onto the rear garden, a downstairs bathroom, twin bedroom (great for older relatives or anyone who struggles with stairs) and a utility room. Upstairs there are two double master bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), two twin rooms, and a house bathroom. Truly something to write home about, views extend many miles down the Aire valley - you have to see it for yourself. You'll often pull back the curtains to see rabbits, hares, curlews, owls, or the resident cows and sheep. Soak it all in with a coffee on a frosty morning or a glass of wine at sunset! You've got wifi, TVs & DVD, logs for the fire, even farm fresh milk on arrival. There's garden furniture and BBQ, and plenty of outdoor space so kids (big or small!) can let their hair down and enjoy the fresh Yorkshire air.
