Happy 2025 to everyone, I hope January is treating you well, even if you are doing dry January :)

I just thought I would let you see my world and how much I love creating and curating memorable holidays and experiences for my lovely customers, many of whom are now my repeat customers. That's what it's all about, bringing people back to me again and those referring me to others so I can help and book their trips as well.

So, what will I do for you?

💻I research with my customer to find what they do/don’t like and what their aspirations are for this holiday they want me to find.
✈️I investigate the many suppliers I have access to as well as the different airlines and what will be most suitable.
⭐️I ensure the accommodations/destinations and tours I recommend are either known to me or have great reviews from others. Every detail is considered and researched as if I am travelling on that holiday.
🌍I advise on Passport and Visa requirements, entry regulations and Insurance when needed.
📲Once my customer has made their booking, I communicate directly with their hotel any special requests or needs, pre book seats where possible, do online Check In, send Boarding Passes and check a few days before they travel that they have everything in place so NO nasty surprises.

🏝I love my customers to send me updates and pictures while they are away, I live their holiday too as I want it to be right. I want them to come back to me to book their next holiday, be it a Weekend Break or an around the World trip, it all counts!

🏡I am lucky enough to work from the comfort of my home which means I can be flexible and available to chat when my customers need me.
I am self-employed, this means that I work extremely hard to match the right holiday exactly at no extra cost!

❤️So as you can probably tell, travel is my passion, and I want my customers to feel that too.
🎤I do rely on word of mouth and referrals to expand my business further.
