A major incident has been declared in Lincolnshire due to severe flooding in the local area.

Some of our routes will be affected as a result and we will post updates on our social media by 0630 tomorrow morning.

We will do all we can keep disruption to a minimum but safety of passengers and our drivers are our highest priority.

We have already received correspondence from Charles Read Academy who have made the decision to remain closed tomorrow (Tues 7th Jan) so our Sleaford - Charles Read will not be in operation

Multiple flood warnings have been issued across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.

06/01/2025

❄️ After discussions with SWRA, our SLE8 service was advised to turn around when possible and return students back to their individual stops.

This was due to the current inclement weather and the long delays on the A17

We are currently in the process of doing so and are currently at Holdingham Roundabout about to head into Sleaford for the drop offs in the town centre area

* 1005 - Now in Greylees and then continuing on to the last stop in Ancaster *

As a result the SLE8 service will not operate this afternoon as timetabled

06/01/2025

Due to severe localised flooding we are unable to operate the following routes this morning;

Bus 3 - Charles Read Academy (School is closed)
4525 - Pointon Primary School
20712 - Thomas Cowley Academy

5631 - Helpringham Primary School will not be running due to the school being closed.

6984 - Woolsthorpe will not be served.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
