New holiday accommodation in the village of Tintinhull in Somerset - lovingly restored 3-bedroom barn conversion attached to original farmhouse.

2022 sees the end of 24-hour gap between bookings. Instead we will have an evening check-in of 5 pm (or later). Guests will be notified where earlier check-in is available (depending on the departure date of previous guests). Due to Covid, our cleaning turn-around is now 6 hours and we will retain our minimum 3-night booking policy (4 nights in peak season).

By the way, we won a Booking.com award again this year: average score of 9.7. We'll try to keep it up. Meanwhile, improvements have been going on in and around the property during the quiet winter months to make it even more attractive for our guests.

We're looking forward to welcoming visitors both for leisure and business purposes from 12 April! Meanwhile we are happy to have people working in the area, house-hunting or caring for relatives coming to stay, and thank them for seeing us through the lockdown months.
