This has been a good year for me as a Travel Counsellor. However, there have been some downs as well as ups, and one of my main takeaways from our annual conference this year was the power of positive thinking, which is something I've been trying to use as much as possible in my personal life too.

I know that this hasn't been a great year for everyone, and that the holidays aren't always the best, but even in the darkest times there is sometimes light and that can even be just sharing the load.
