Welcome to our holiday home! Our lovely three bedroom caravan includes a spacious lounge area, with cushioned seats. These face our feature fireplace and large TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player. We have a separate dining area with freestanding table, fitted bench and two chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, four ring hob, double oven and an under counter fridge freezer. The maste

r bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. The two twin rooms both also include wardrobes and a handy shelf above the the bed. There is also a pull down double bed in the lounge area (so the van could sleep 8 at a push). All main beds will be made up on arrival. The bathroom includes a spacious shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Please note, we do not provide towels. All main rooms have electric radiators as well as the fire in the living room. Outside there is decking with patio furniture and a parasol. We provide a selection of DVDs, indoor and outdoor games and books, and there is free Wi-Fi (although note this is not suitable for streaming music or video). Our caravan is located 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse so it is in a peaceful area, overlooking a green area - perfect for you to sit on the veranda, whilst still keeping an eye on the kids! And yet you are still within easy reach of kids club, pools, restaurant etc. Hoburne Cotswolds has had a major refurbishment for 2016 and has many outstanding facilities. It is set on 3 fine fishing lakes and boasts a heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool with waterslide, whirlpool bath, steam room and small gym. The park is located just outside the pretty Cotswold village of South Cerney and 4 miles from the historic town of Cirencester with its shops, cafes and museum. The Cotswold Water Park offers a beach, horse riding, great walks, and numerous water sports including sailing and windsurfing. Please note that club passes are required for some site facilities. These passes can be bought from reception at a cost of £15 per adult and £10 per child (over 2) for 7 nights in high season, less during low season (note prices yet to be confirmed for 2017 dates).
