(Thermo-Auricular Therapy)

Ear candling is an ancient practise that has been used for centuries in many cultures throughout the world. History traces the ear candle back to the native Pueblo Indians of North America the Hopi Indian tribe is where the candle gets the name Hopi from. The Hopi Indians are a peaceful tribe who live in harmony with each other and their environment. Their great knowledge of natural healing and deep spirituality is rapidly gaining respect in the contemporary world. The ear candle is part of their many ancient natural therapies, used on both physical healing and spiritual basis. In Mexico, cones are placed next to the ear to aid healing. A common treatment in Iran was to smoke a pipe filled with various therapeutic herbs and blow smoke into the ears to alleviate pain. During my period of unwellness I’ve learnt so much about myself and during this year I’ve been calling in the energy of the Devine goddess Kali to empower me to shape shift, to embrace the truth of who I am and rest in my power, in my true authentic self that has no patience for the bull s**t! She embodies raw feminine energy and reminds me that I have been forced to conform to patriarchy, to a way in which a woman should live, and how she should behave which results in my self doubts, fears or lack of confidence, lack of what I’m worth!! My over critical outlook of myself!
Kali has simmered through me and in September and the months that followed she showed me that the sacred rage and anger I had been holding in is a powerful feminine energy of transformation that needs letting out holding it in was only burning and hurting me!
Kali refuses to be invisible so do I
So watch out 2024 I’m coming for you and all the opportunities you have to offer me as I rebirth and step into my power, strength, and emotions. I hear the call Kali to be alive, juicy, passionate and committed. I’m in gratitude to your teachings 🖤

Hello beautiful friends a few years back I made a little plea to collect sanitary wear etc to take to Cambodia and you guys were amazing I got an overwhelming response. So I wanted to share
the plea that the lovely Bodhi’s Aunty is making as she’s off to Tanzania in a couple of weeks to voulteer in a hospital and also a SEN school she’s hoping to take as many items and donations as she can with her.
Sanitary wear and basic pain relief is something that we have the luxury of taking for granted but in Tanzania it’s simply not affordable it’s a luxury item.
I know everyone’s watching the pennies at the minute but if you could spare any thing her go fund me link is below and also a list of donation items she’s hoping to take with her if anyone has any of the items to donate I’m happy to collect them in and get them to Jess before she flies on the 1st of December.
Can you imagine not having anything to absorb your flow with? No pain relief? Something that happens to the body but they have no control over and we can get pads in this country from as little as 50p a pack from Aldi and 39p for a packet of basic pain relief.

Landed back in Dorset last night after having the privilege of assisting the beautiful Angie Twydall for 3 days of Shamanic womb healing techniques, in the mystical Isle of Avalon My heart is full of gratitude and my womb is nourished. It’s been such a privilege to be in and assist in holding this beautiful transformationl space, to witness the beauty in the pain, grief, joy, relief, love, sorrow, reclaiming, flow, release in the beautiful circle of sisters. A bittersweet find on the way to Boodles tonight, a young woodpecker a fatality to the road so he’s wings are being preserved and we laid him to rest with gratitude for the shamanic tools I’ll make with them.
Woodpecker reminds us to connect and pay attention to our own cycles and rhythms allowing us to align to ourselves more instead of working against them. 🪶

AMAZING afternoon with Sika - Sound Journey at Avebury stone Circles this beautiful soul is so talented and so connected 2nd to last stone we journeyed with the thunder rolling in and the heavy rain came so we got to our feet and danced welcoming the cool nourishing rain on our skins ⛈️ to say we were soaked to our underwear was accurate 😂 but we were happy and the sun ☀️ came out again.

First paid “work” of this year completed this morning 💜. The tech worked and everyone felt the benefits, it looks like I’ll be able to offer recordings out to those who can’t make my bi weekly offerings which is great so it will work when convenient for them. I get to the stables and see these beautiful Daffodils have opened up over night a reminder that spring is nearly here to me the daffodils are a symbol of spring and symbolise new beginnings and rebirth. They're a positive, life-affirming symbol, with a bright and joyful yellow colour bringing us out of the hibernation phase. This feels very much how my life has been as I journey on my path back to wellness. Gaia is forever my temple space and forever showing me what comes next I think this past prolonged winter phases was well overdue but she really made me sit in the darkness but I’m forever grateful of the lessons that the unwellness has provided and that they bring me back to the sunshine 🌞 and the peace in my heart 💜 bookings now open for next Monday mornings Online Breath work & yoga Nidra Meditation. 🙏🏻🎉🌼 💜

Well today I took that leap of faith, and pushed myself out of my comfort zone since my last brain drain procedure I’ve been so worried about holding space for my students worried that my memory would fail me and I wouldn’t remember my teachings or my words so I just kept putting off holding one. Last year after my first brain drain I was in Glastonbury with my wonderful man .genna.1 and some beautiful soul family and as I was talking to a dear brother Rob I forgot what I was saying I was telling him something from my yogic practise that I used to do everyday and it frustrated me that I couldn’t remember and I had to google it and he just said don’t put pressure on yourself sister it’s all there and it will be again just be kind to yourself 💜 Rob i have used that as my mantra and you had faith in me and you were right thank you dear brother, it was so good to be back holding space again and today. I only forgot the word mute so not bad! How apt was that card I pulled for our group 😳 I certainly needed that leap of faith to start holding the groups again looking forward to next months now, and to my new up and coming breath work and meditation and breath work and Yoga Nidra online sessions coming in the next few weeks. Thank you to my students today for trusting me to hold space and guide them into meditation and support them on their reiki journey 💜

One thing I’m passionate about is women’s womb health, our magic cauldron and I hate it when women start to worry about growing old, aging from our mother phase to our our crone phase is a huge journey but it obviously comes with challenges and new opportunities for growth LOVE LOVE LOVE ‘s book menopausing so many aha moments every woman and man needs to read this! I for one as a woman going through treatment for leukaemia am fed up of being told I’m to young to be perimenopausal or my symptoms are that of my side effects of my transfusions and brain drains I know my mind & body and my womb I’m lucky enough to have a partner who knows my mind and body I won’t be fobbed off and it’s good to know there are celebrities making our cry’s heard instead of the usual get on with it, it happens to everyone.

Little update for you as I have some wonderful family & friends who keep checking in on me and checking in & on and with my wonderful nurse .genna.1 I’m feeling a bit sea sick as everything settles down and I get used to the new emptier space in my head which apparently is normal and could take upto 4 weeks 😳 I hope not if not it will be the longest cruise ever with no sun shine or cocktails 🤪 I’ve managed to get to the stables to see Boodles some evenings and one morning but mornings are my worst as the fluid has to settle after me being laid down and that’s when the waves in the cruise are the worst 😥 Bodhi has been keeping me topped up with snuggles and still thinks he’s small enough to sit on my knee Ottos worked out it’s better to lay over my feet and Audible is keeping me entertained. I managed to cook tea by myself last night and actually knew what to do with the onion 😂(if you know you know 🙈)
They managed to drain 50 mls off which is the most that they wanted to drain so that’s good, Tuesdays scan showed it has stayed away but still got one patch which is inflamed quite badly so not allowed to drive still their scanning me again next week so we’ll see what that says, and the seizures are still about a little different when I have them apparently and lastly my memory is so much better than last time only a few things that I need reminding about thankfully. 🐻
