Ashdene Holiday Cottage is now in our 12th year and we keep improving the cottage and its facilities. Why not book a short or long break. There is plenty to do onsite and we are within easy reach of a huge number of attractions.

We have just launched our new website after 12 years of running the cottage. We hope everyone likes it. Plenty of photos of the indoor pool and hot tub,separate games cottage in the grounds, the 5 bedrooms sleeping 12 to 14 and beautiful surrounds plus loads of information. Just finished the change over for the incoming guests for this weekend. Main house, games lodge and pool all ready to go. We welcomed a really nice group of 14 friends. Let's hope the weather keeps fine for them.

Well I can't believe that summer flew by just like that. We stayed at our cottage for a few days last week to check everything out and make a list of jobs to do, the nights got so chilly that we even lit the fire!

Time now for some maintenance and improvements before the Christmas bookings.

Oh well Christmas over for another year... back to the maintennance program. We fitted a brand new non-slip slate shower base and enclosure in the Master King en-suite room and fixed the sticking pop-up waste. Ifthe rain ever stops then we will make a start on the outside.

Such a shame to have to remove the Christmas decorations, the cottage looked fantastic and it was great to welcome the Christmas and new year parties this year. A Christmas not crashed by the COVID party -back to normality - Happy New Year!!

We have been working hard to get Ashdene Holiday Cottage up to scratch for the Summer Holidays. Added within the last few weeks is the kids swing and climbing tower. This should keep them busy🥳
