Why would you book your holiday with me?

I'm often asked that question. Or someone thinks they can book it all themselves and get the same 'deal'. Quite frankly, it's not the same but you *could* probably book it yourself.

So why use me?

So here's just ONE example of why I think you should book with me and the extra value I can add to your holiday...

I recently worked on a family itinerary with business class seats for a family holiday to Thailand. The family live offshore so need to fly to London before they even start the long-haul travel. Booking this independently they can't get what the industry calls a 'through ticket'. Meaning, they'd have to book a separate ticket to London and then the business class long haul tickets to Thailand.

If something was to happen on that first flight and they missed the connection in London, they're not covered. Nothing. No compensation. No airline responsibility. just a whole lot of panic probably (and a lot of money wasted).

Now, what value can I add?

I can get the flight in one ticket. You're protected. Should anything go wrong the airline are now responsible and you'll still get to Thailand. I'd also be the one speaking with the airline to get you the best replacement ticket rather than you wasting your time and energy dealing with them.

Is that it? Certainly not!

Not only this, but the family in this instance wanted to travel to Thailand islands that were completely out of season. I was able to advise and suggest a better alternative, meaning they will likely have a better overall experience.

PLUS, it's all ATOL protected! (And TC protected) and you have me doing the admin, paperwork, checking you in for your flights, contacting your hotels requesting the VIP treatment and sending all your documents.....

Now, that's valuable, to me at least. Why wouldn't you want that?
