All the other ladies and myself felt very safe and you went the extra mile by making sure we were okay getting in and out of the car opening the door for us. You’re a lovely man and making alterations to the journey prior and during (apologies for that once again) was no problem. You were there very prompt and on time both outward and return. Keith’s Private Hire

Due to a last minute issue, our planned transport to Southampton Cruise terminal had to be cancelled.
We contacted Keith, whose reviews are excellent.
We had already booked him for transport to Gatwick airport early next year but had not actually used him.
We asked if, on this occasion, he could help us but he said he was fully booked.
Keith rang back a few minutes later and said if we were prepared to share with another couple, he could get us to the cruise terminal. He gave us a pickup and estimated arrival time.
He arrived exactly on time, and loaded our luggage into his vehicle.
We arrived at the terminal, again on time, and he unloaded our luggage. He obviously knew staff at the terminal which, for us, made the whole process smoother.
We felt that Keith went the extra mile – thank you Keith.
At all times, he acted in a most professional manner and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
