I'm really chuffed that I have just passed my retrofit Assessor Training course, on-line!

I'm not sure how much additional work this will get but its worth a try!

This means I'm now qualified to carry out all of the pre-assessments for the new PAS2035 regulations that will become an industry standard in 2020. This industry standard has been brought in to ensure that high levels of failure present in domestic retrofit are being tackled and to overall help working towards the government’s goal to reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions, and to overall improve the uk’s existing housing stock.
