Dear Customers

We’ve had a number of parking fines come through again. The office is closed at the weekends, so you wouldn’t of had a reply yet. I’m making my way through the emails as we speak. So if I haven’t got to you yet, I will have by the end of today.

If you have already sent in the ParkingEye Reference to myself, then I will be in touch when these have been cancelled.

In the meantime please DO NOT pay any of these fines as I’m able to get them cancelled.

Some of our customers may have received a ParkingEye charge from the 15/07 or the 16/07. This is no fault of, Parking4cruises. The ParkingEye system had crashed, we are not aware of this, until our customers get in touch with the fines.

In order to get this sorted we would need -

Parking Eye Reference

Car Reg

Date of cruise

Please email [email protected] with these details.

It will then be appealed and placed on hold for up to 28 working days. Then we’re be in touch with the outcome.

Our sincere apologies for causing so much stress to our loyal customers.

We are pleased to announce we are back open for business as usual. Apologies to all those that have tried to get in touch whilst our offices were temporarily closed. To get in touch please call our old existing landline number or email us and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Apologies in advance if we do not reply to your emails immediately as we have an existing backlog that we will be getting through as quickly as we can. If your query concerns a cruise that is not leaving for the next few weeks then if possible if you could contact us in a a few weeks time, this would be greatly appreciated as by then we should be back ontop of things and in a much better position to reply or help with your query in a timely manner.
