We have seen quite a lot of negativity on a local page today and It saddens us to see all of these negative comments.
With regards to the under 4’s area, unfortunately we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. If we’d of closed the area until the new ball pit arrived we would have been slated just as we have been for leaving it open.
We had ordered a replacement ball pit but sadly for us this stuff isn’t ’off the shelf’ so we’ve been awaiting its arrival - it arrived today and has been installed today! (A larger one will be installed again soon with new balls & some other new bits)

With regards to management, our management team work their socks off to bring you the best experience they can whether that be in house or online - please be kind to our team 🧡
