Andy has a passion for the water and along with his wife and 2 young children they all enjoy time on the water. When not at work Andy and the family can be found at the beach enjoying windsurfing, kitesurfing and just generally mucking around in the water. Ocean Sports Tuition runs all our RYA courses from our base in Saxon Wharf next door to Shamrock Quay Marina, Southampton. 🚤Port & Starboard: Port is the left side of the boat when facing forward; starboard is the right. Easy to remember: "Port" and "Left" both have four letters!
🚤Helm: The wheel or tiller used to steer the boat.
🚤Keel: The fin-like structure beneath the boat that provides stability and prevents drifting sideways.
