It’s Tonight! This is going to be a classy evening with two great bands, Get there early.
The Long Run are on at 8.00 for an hour followed by “Aladdinsane” playing all of your Bowie favourites.
There will be a few tickets available on the door and online at martinwoodevents.co.uk
All of the official seated at tables tickets have gone but there will be chairs available if you really need one.

It’s only 4 weeks until the very last Leigh Rock at Leigh Community Centre. We are going out with a real bang with the magnificent “Aladdinsane” who will be bringing you all the hits from the vast back catalogue of David Bowie.
As if that isn’t enough we also have local legends “The Long Run” who will be playing an hour of Glam Rock classics. So get those tickets asap as you can imagine they are going fast, and make sure that you get there early. The Long Run will be on from 8.00 pm and glam rock dress is optional 😊

Its the weekend again, don’t they come round quickly! We’ve taken in another load of fresh stock including a great collection of punk and electro albums. Loads of new arrivals and great collectors items and we also have hundreds of albums at just a pound. So if you have just got yourself a turntable and want to bulk up your collection then come and have a look.

Bespoke Event Management

'Martin Wood Events' arranges and promotes musical and artistic events in the S.E. Essex / London area and organises choir and group tours both in the UK and Europe.

We are a family-owned, have been in business for over 10 years, and have recently run concerts at Leigh Community Centre and The Megacentre, Rayleigh as well as at the Cliffs Pavilion, Palace Theatre, Royal Festival Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall and St David’s Hall, Cardiff.

We have also organised tours for choirs to Spain, Normandy, Tuscany, Poland, Belgium, Germany, and within the UK.

One of our specialities is organising events for charities and we have recently promoted events for the Mayor’s Charity Fund and the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
