just some upto date information as my page seems like it was in need!
Here i have a 4 bedroom caravan situated at Steeple Bay Holiday Park
prices are :
£80 a night during term time
£100 a night during holidays and bank holidays
ONLY £50 is asked to secure dates and the remainder of the stay is due a week prior to arrival.
£100 damage deposit is also taken at time of booking.
This caravan can sleep 8 and has the following:
2 double rooms with double beds
1 single room with 2 single beds
1 single room with 1 bed and sofa bed.
In the lounge there is a comfy corner sofa that will seat 4 and also a table and chairs to seat 4. a 32inch smart tv and a MiFi box for guests to connect to and use the WIFI device.
In the kitchen you have a gas oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates and bowls and a few pots and pans to use for cooking.
The caravan has a toilet and a shower in separate rooms located opposite the kitchen.
Outside the caravan is a patio area with a table and chairs. and also patio area to park 1 car. Alternatively you can park opposite the caravan if you have more than 1 car.
I allow small dogs or well behaved bigger ones but do charge extra for this as I have to deep clean and steam clean after stays with animals due to other guests allergy etc. the price to add a pet is £30 pp & £10 for any additional (max 2 )
Bedding can be supplied for an additional £10 to cover costs of cleaning it. Please advise if you'd like specific bedding i.e.. kids, adults, plain
Entertainment passes are needed to use some facilities of this holiday park and these have to be purchased from reception separately. The cost of these can be found online or I can enquire for you.
