There is currently one Clearwater lodge for sale with a Swift Montreal due to arrive early next year.

If anyone is wondering about the caravans sitting there, 2 of these are being stored to move into our hire fleet and the Willerby Malton will be moved to a pitch for sale shortly.

Our winter work programme is now under way and the next phase of Arnsbrae started last week....fingers crossed that the weather holds!

A reminder that we change to our winter hours this week and our reception will be open as follows -

Wednesday 30th - 9am til 5pm, warden cover from 5pm until 9pm
Thursday 31st - 9am til 4pm
Friday 1st - 9am til 12 noon
Saturday and Sunday closed until March 15th 2025

Touring and hire are closed from 31st October. From Monday 4th November through to 13th December our hours are

Monday to Thursday 19m until 4pm
Fridays 9am until 12 noon

All staff will be on a festive break from the afternoon of 13th December and will return on 6th January 2025.

It's a bit of a dreich night but the ladies from Flame Fresh are all set up despite that. We've set up a mini marquee to help protect customers choosing their pizza.....all support appreciated for the second last visit of the season

Once again we're in a position where the road between ourselves and the town has been shut off, though with the slight bonus that it's to be clear by midnight tomorrow (Thursday).

On the positive side, that will be the work completed on the road part of the new roundabout. There will still be some work required around the pavements and drainage to be completed but it looks like we're through the worst of it.

We've spoken with the contractors working on the job this afternoon and they've advised that they are required to be offsite by midnight on Thursday so that the road can be open on Friday.
