It is with deep sadness that due to a change of circumstances we are looking to sell our cottages. We already have an offer on Dunroamin and a lot of interest in Ardbank, but if anyone would like more details.....

Ardbank was bought as our forever home to be our permanent residence in Staithes. It is situated on a quiet corner in the lower village, has unusually spacious living accommodation over 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, garage and the rare advantage of private off street parking.
Ardbank would make a fabulous family home for anyone looking to live in the village, or could continue to be run as a successful holiday let .
