We took our first booking in August 2023…. That’s just 6 months of being live and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved 🥂
(The 9.9 was due to a shower floor being slippier than usual - and yes I will always be annoyed about that 😂)

Welcome to Our Norfolk Cottage, Wells-Next-the-Sea. Maryland Corner is a period flint and brick cottage which we refurbished in 2013 and again in 2019. We have chosen a contemporary coastal style, the cottage is highly specced, with top-of-the-range appliances, comfy-cosy furniture, sumptious bedrooms and chic bathrooms. The cottage sleeps 6 people in total, so is perfect for family and friends, two bedrooms are located in the cottage and a further double bedroom and wetroom is situated in the annexe. Our garden is south-facing, fully enclosed and has a delightful patio area, and a pizza oven! There is also off-street parking for one car. We also have a beach hut on the stunning Wells beach available to rent alongside the cottage - please ask for more details.
