During Global Birdfair we ran a "selfie competition" for photos taken at the 3 day event in our Giant Deckchair, with the chance to win a FIH Penguin Beanbag by Rucomfy Beanbags - There were only 4 made - two were donated to . It was a pleasure to have as a Robin Marquee neighbour during Global Birdfair. As the Penguin Bean Bags were a hit in the Discovery Zone, we felt that they had found their right home in the UK with the Wild Space Team. Congratulations also on all the amazing work you do, inspiring everyone to enjoy and appreciate nature.

We are extremely grateful to the wonderful team over at who very kindly let us use their Penguin beanbags during our story times. They have then donated the beanbags to our Nature Together project allowing children to use them as a sensory tool. 💛

When you visit the Falkland Islands you'll probably encounter a wide variety of birds and wildlife! This short video shows a large number of terns located just off Gypsy Cove which have been disturbed by a lone Skua taking an egg.

Falkland Islands Holidays are exhibiting at the 10th Anniversary of LATA Expo here in Battersea Evolution, London. Monday 19, Tuesday 20 & Wednesday 21 June 2023. All the major travel operators in South America are meeting together to network, forge new relationships & nurture existing ones. Here’s a taster of Day 1

Happy World Albatross Day! The Day of Awareness was established in 2020 to review the conservation crisis surrounding these large seabirds. It marks the anniversary of an international treaty, the Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels (ACAP), which came to be in reaction to a large number of albatrosses and petrels killed by fisheries. The Falklands are one of the most important sites globally for this beautiful seabird, holding 70 % (500,000 pairs) of the world's population! 🤩
