And we’re always looking to improve, making sure our training is relevant and effective, and creating an environment where asking questions and continuous learning are encouraged.
We’ve invested in a bespoke training room with four fully functioning operations desks and a range of learning resources. This setup not only helps keep our team up to date with the latest regulations and training needs but also allows everyone to refresh their skills whenever needed.
