We are Chris and Sue, and we are the proud owners of The Wheelhouse at Staveley. It’s a unique holiday home that has been lovingly created and offers all the comforts of home (plus it’s own sauna). We hope that you have the privilege of staying here sometime and will then love it as much as we do!
The Wheelhouse at Staveley is a unique holiday let in the busy village of Staveley; it's a great base for exploring the Lake District and the local area. Located on the doorstep of the Kentmere valley and being only 4 miles from Kendal and Windermere, it provides good and easy access to many of the Lake District's varied attractions.
Wheelhouse at Staveley is only 200m from the centre of the village and so after your walk why not head to the Eagle and Child for a pub lunch, try the tapas at the Hawkshead Brewery, Wilf's for a veggie chilli, the More? Bakery for a fresh croissant and bread, a great coffee and cake at Café Eclec or Mr Duffin's coffee den. Staveley has so much to offer on your doorstep.
