A change of scenery for this half term 💚

We’ve been in Ireland for a few days staying with family in Co. Longford, Southern Ireland and decided to get out and explore what’s on offer as a family. I’d booked us a cottage in Bushmills, Northern Ireland along the Causeway Coast, it’s been an adventure for sure. We have the hire car so managed to cram in quite a bit yesterday:

✔️ Carrick-a-Rede - saw it but couldn’t cross because of the wind.
✔️ Dunluce castle
✔️ Ballintoy Harbour
✔️ The Dark Hedges

If you are looking for a different type of holiday I would recommend coming to Ireland, we have had a fantastic week.

Time to drive back down South again today through the countryside to stay with family.

Northern Ireland, we will return 🫶🏻

Proud mum moment here 🥰Jessica decided she wanted to get into Irish dancing. She joined a local dance school back in September last year. She started training once a week and now twice a week. She’s had her second competition (Feis) today in Redhill, Surrey and smashed it 💃🏼

She’s danced 5 dances and came 1st, 3rd, 3rd, 4th and high commended 😍

Seeing and hearing her name called for a 1st place made me feel incredibly proud. All the hard work and dedication is paying off. Bless her little heart fist punching the air when they called her name and number. Go on Jess 🫶🏻

We can’t wait to go to Ireland next week and see family and Jessica can do some dancing for them all.
