We have 3 x lovely self contained one bedroom (although can sleep four adults) cottages.

Great for friends/family visits. We now have some availability from February and into early Spring.

In case you didn't know, we're on the downslink at the eastern edge of the town, right next to the River Adur. We've been running this holiday let business for nearly eight years (so hopefully know a little bit about hosting).

#10 right on our doorstep!!

In case you weren't aware, Steyning is located at the foot of the South Downs, and is the halfway point of the South Downs Way.

Our cottages lie opposite our home, at the edge of the village with direct access onto the Downs Link. The footpath for Riverside (Adur) walks is just on the corner by the properties.

A WALKING route has been named the tenth most beautiful hiking trail in the world.

This Friday, the South Downs Way will be celebrating its 50th birthday.

When it officially opened on 15 July 1972, it was Britain's first long-distance bridleway.

Since then, thousands of people have walked, ridden, cycled and run the 100-mile stretch.

Right on our doorstep!!! The fabulous Downs Link gets a mention in this latest Countryfile article.

"Perhaps the longest almost-unbroken stretch of bridleway on this list, the Downs Link is over 36 miles long, and runs between St. Martha’s Hill, near Guildford, to the coast at Shoreham-by-Sea. The route largely follows the course of the Cranleigh and Steyning Lines, which, like many others on this list, were closed due to the infamous Beeching cuts of the 1960s."

Devils D**e is one of the South Downs beauty spots! Not far from Brighton, people come for the stunning views the immense valley and the strange history that surrounds the place. It is nearly a mile long meaning it is the longest and deepest and widest dry valley in the UK. Car parks are now open but check local information for other details and facilities.
