A celebration of Scotlands Larder for our International guests last night.
The Venison loin was a huge hit!
Mackerel Ceviche, Gigha Halibut followed by Clotted cream Panna Cotta was the perfect menu combination for our Mid-Summer dinner party guests last week.

The sun shone on the banks of Loch Ard as the bubbles and canapés were served x
The delicately spiced Sweet potato and coriander bhaji with a toasted cumin yogurt canapés went down a storm x

Picked up a few Arbroath Smokies fresh from the smoke house!!
Warmed through with lemon thyme, black pepper and lashings of butter for supper tonight.
