Good evening,
The route CH-B is likely to be late departing school this evening due to a previous private hire over running from CHS. The anticipated departure time from school will be 1610-1615hrs.
We apologise for the delay - we have spoken with the school to inform them of the delay so staff can remain with the students.

Good morning, As you will be aware, CH-C is severely delayed. The minibus has not reached the 2nd stop yet and stil in standstill traffic. I will be contacting school to let them know. Please wait at your stop and continue to track the service.

Good Afternoon, We have been made aware that there has been a serious RTC on the A34 near Dean Row Road and the road is currently closed. We do not anticipate it affecting the service as things currently stand for this evening service on CH-D, but it is worth noting there could be a knock on effect later on as more people commute home.

Good evening,
As the weather is starting to turn colder and the likelihood of weather warnings increase, we wanted to remind you of the importance of checking your notifications for vital updates to the service.
We will keep you informed via push notifications on this app as well as Facebook where possible.
The services *may* run a little slower if we are negotiating the weather too and everyone in a car that day instead of commuting - but please be assured we are on the way. We will of course endeavour to make sure we're on time as much as the conditions on the road allow us to!
Please use the tracker to track your route to keep the phone lines clear for emergencies.

KA3 & KA4 Parents,
Apologies for the late information - we have a driver go home later this afternoon ill resulting in the merge of KA3 and KA4 this evening unexpectedly.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause - and i'm sorry for the late information too - it's been fraught here trying to reorganise the allocations to allow for each route to be covered.

CH-C: Robins Lane, Bramhall
Good evening,
Please be aware that the pickup/drop off point on Robins Lane, Bramhall is temporarily unavailable due to roadworks. Students will be picked up on the main road (Bramhall Lane South) instead. This will be in place until you are notified that the road is back open to us.

CH-E Timing Update
As you are aware, we are constantly monitoring the routes and timings and the new app has allowed us to really get detailed data on how the routes are operating. With this in mind, we will be tweaking the timings from Monday 14th October to allow the route to arrive at school in a timely manner as well as negotiating traffic better. The timing change will be in a morning only.

The new timings will be:

A50 Mereside Road Mere 07.10am
Langham Road & Park Road Bowdon 07.17am
Langham Road & Vicarage Lane Bowdon 07.19am
Hale Train Station Hale 07.24am
Shops on Park Road Hale 07.27am
Park Road & Parkhill Road Hale 07.29am
Booths/Asda Supermarket Hale Barns 07.34am
Cheadle Hulme School Cheadle Hulme 08.05am

We have also been made aware that roadworks will be taking place on Park Road from Monday too with a road closure in place between the hours of 0900hrs ā€“ 1700hrs. The closure will not affect pickup in a morning but we will not be able to drop off on Park Road in an evening. The closest we can get to this is Bow Green Road. Please be aware of this and inform your child as well.

ā­Service Timing Update: CH-C & CH-Dā­
Both services will begin earlier with immediate effect as they are currently not arriving on time as they should be each day. The new timings will begin on Friday 4th October. The new timings are below. PLEASE CONTINUE TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD IS AT THEIR PICKUP POINT AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR NEW DEPARTURE TIME. Thank you!

KA3 & KA4 Service Disruption Thursday 26th & 27th September 2024
On Thursday 26th & 27th Sept, the services KA3 & KA4 will be merged AM & PM.

We have had a vehicle non fault accident which resulted in the vehicle being written off this week which has impacted the fleet. A replacement vehicle is due to arrive with us this weekend but for 2 days, we are being forced to merge until its arrival.
We will collect KA4 first and go straight on KA3 in the morning. In the evening, we will drop KA3 first and go straight on to KA4. The timings for KA3 pickup is below. In an evening, KA4 student should expect to arrive home 30 minutes later than usual, traffic permitting.

I do fully appreciate this is far from ideal, but I wanted to give you as much notice as possible and the reason for why we are doing this. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Dean Row Road at the junction of Manchester Road in Wilmslow is currently closed which has impacted the service heavily this morning. The service is delayed by a good 15/20 mins. Please keep checking the tracker. We are on our way!
