The idea behind setting up Green Baize came when my cue was stolen. I struggled to find a cue that really suited me because of the lack of spe

cialist retailers. I therefore had to go through the process of having cues custom-made to my specifications which was costly, time consuming and unfortunately this did not work for me. This unrewarding experience gave me the inspiration to set up a facility to help other players find their perfect cue. I started off selling cues from some of the best UK cue manufacturers. As my reputation for quality products and service grew opportunities arose to have cues made specifically for Green Baize from a number of cue makers. The expertise I have gained enabled me to select the best craftsman to make our GBL brand of cues. Established for well over a decade I have built an excellent reputation for customer service and great value for money as I strive to buy the best quality cues to sell at affordable prices, giving you the customer complete satisfaction. My shop has an extensive range of cues and cases to choose from. You won’t need to wait a long period of time for a desired cue or case, the products displayed on our website are already in our showroom. I put a lot of effort into making sure the shop stocks the best quality cues to fit all budgets. That’s why I chose Mastercue, Maximus & Ton Praram cues to sell along side our GBL cues and cases. It’s not uncommon for players to travel extremely long distances to our shop. We have 2 Riley snooker tables one of them being a steel block match table, we also have a Supreme winner pool table that we allow customers the luxury of testing cues on, this is undoubtedly the best way to find a cue that you like the look of, but more importantly also confirm it feels right and plays well. It’s my job to give you all the help and advise you need to find the right cue.

As promised, we now have all the details for the Kyren Wilson Snooker Exhibition!

We are extremely proud to bring you the current World Snooker Champion Kyren Wilson!

Kyren is very popular on the snooker tour with his great sense of humour and straight talking personality, he is sure to be very popular at the club.

As the current World Champion, he will be bringing the World Championship trophy with him, so that will provide lots of photo opportunities.

This is going to be an amazing event and will sell out, so make sure you secure your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

⏰ Timings️

For VIP Ticket holders, the event starts at 5:00pm for the exclusive 2 hour meet & greet.

️All other ticket holders will be allowed in from 7:00pm

The exhibition will start at 8:00pm

🎫 Ticket Options

VIP - £50
Champagne reception on arrival, exclusive 2 hour meet and greet session with Kyren, photo opportunities with Kyren and the World Championship trophy, hot buffet food included in the price and guaranteed seating in the first two rows.

Have you got what it takes to beat the World Champion! 7 VIP ticket holders will also have the option to play one frame against Kyren during the exhibition. For snooker fans this is the opportunity of a lifetime, to play against the current World Champion and it can be yours for just £100. Please note, this is only available to VIP ticket holders and the price does not include the VIP ticket, that must be purchased separately.

Seated Tickets - £25
Guarantee yourself a seat in rows 3 & 4 to get a great view of the action. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis, so please get there on time.

Standing tickets - £10
There will be a limited number of standing tickets available. Please note, there will be no additional seating available, so you will be required to stand for the whole event.

Tickets are only available to buy at the club. They are on sale now and all ticket sales are cash only.

I have a few pictures to show a glimpse of cues that have just been delivered.
200 x Maximus Classic & Premium Range.

It’s going to take a few days work checking cues and specifications.
There’s a mixture of snooker and pool specification cues.
Cues will start to go online hopefully tomorrow.
Cues will continue to be added over the next week.

Please don’t message asking for us to look for individual cues for you.
We get overwhelmed with this request.

Thanks to Gorton Brothers Ltd for supplying our first Joy Q7 Chinese 8 Ball table.
We would also like to thank Davey Douglas / Breakaway Snooker & Pool for setting our table up. Excellent job all round.

As you have probably guessed we are now stocking a selection of Chinese 8 Ball cues.
This table is for our customers to test cues out on.
