📣 Bookings for our Holidays Are Fun (HAF) programme this February half-term are now open!
🥊🖌️ From boxing to arts and crafts, there are lots of fun activities to choose from for eligible school-age children from reception to Year 11. Providers are now offering two hour and four hour sessions for children to take part in.
🟠 Two hour sessions 🟠
• BCT Aspire- available for ages six to 16 for brunch, fun games, music and crafts.
• Billingham Boxing Academy available for ages 11 to 16. Fun boxing sessions for all abilities; Learn the technique and fitness elements of boxing in a fun and welcoming environment.
• Eastern Ravens Trust Roseworth- available for ages five to 16 for games, arts and crafts.
• Eastern Ravens Trust Primrose- for ages eight to 16 for games, arts and crafts.
• Emily Wratten Dance Fitness- available for ages 4.5 to 11 for dance, music, art and plent of fun games in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Groundwork NE & Cumbria- available for ages five to 12 for a fun filled session of crafts, sports and games.
• Roseberry Community Consortium- available for ages eight to 16 for a range of fun filled activities.
🟠 Four hour sessions 🟠
• Budo For Change Stockton- available for ages eight to 16 for combat sports including MMA, Wrestling and Kickboxing.
• Budo For Change Thornaby- available for ages eight to 16 for combat sports and fitness including Judo and Wrestling.
• Five Lamps- available for ages five to 16 for lots of fun activities including climbing, street dance and more.
• Five Lamps Sparkle and Shine- available for ages five to 16 for young people with additional needs to enjoy lots of fun activities including climbing, arts and crafts, cooking and more.
• Stainsby Gymnastics- available for ages five to 13 for Gymnastics and trampolining, acrobatics, arts and crafts and healthy lifestyle workshops.
• Stainsby Stud Riding School- available for ages seven to 16 for horse riding, stable management activities, woodland walks and games.
• Tees Active – Forum- available for ages five to 13 for activities including swimming, ice skating, soft play, arts and crafts and multi-sports.
• Tees Active – Splash- available for ages 11 to 16 for a swimming session followed by lunch.
🍽️ A free nutritious meal is provided each day for every child taking part.
Sessions will run from Monday 24 February to Friday 28 February and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so book your child’s place as soon as you can at https://www.stockton.gov.uk/HAF
HAF is funded by the Department for Education and delivered by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council in partnership with Catalyst. Activities are available for families who are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals, in receipt of Universal Credit or experiencing financial difficulties.
