Good Morning
Could we ask all our clients to check the validity on there passports if you are travelling to a EU country your passport will only be valid for 10 years from the issue date and you have to have 3 months validity left on your passport on departure ie if your passport was issued 01feb2013 but the passport office gave you extra months so your passport expiry date is 01aug2023 a EU country will class the expiry as 01feb23 so you passport would not be valid to travel please check your passports as the passport office is going on strike 1 st April for 5 weeks please share with your family and friends

Good morning everyone , good news that a few more countries have gone on the green or green watch list I am sure today that tour operators will be reviewing their departures for the coming weeks as soon as we are advised we will be in touch to discuss all options available to you all.
For those of our customers who are departing on their summer holidays with us either in the uk or overseas we wish you happy holidays and hopefully more countries will be added to the green list in weeks to come and we can all enjoy our long awaited breaks .

Good Morning everyone as you all would of heard the government have not added any more countries to the green list due to this Jet 2 have cancelled all holidays until 1 st July and Turkey until late July
We will be contacting customers who have been affected to discuss their options .

Let’s hope the situation improves over the weeks so we can get you on your holidays .
Remember we also sell uk hotels lodges cottages parks coach holidays rail breaks as well.

Hi as you all know we are waiting anxiously for Boris to announce the go ahead for international travel on the 17 th may and which countries are on which traffic light system as soon as he announces we can start advising our customers of the procedures etc we are happy to announce that hays has a contract with a PCR testing company from £45 per test if you require one before travel this will be available to all our customers and don’t forget if you have delayed your holiday this year or you are looking for another break we do offer uk coach holidays parks lodges cottages and hotel and rail breaks we do also offer the coach holidays on the self drive option these are available on half board and include entertainment
We are working reduced hours as follows :-Mon-Wed 10-4 pm Thursday closed Fri-Sat 10-4 pm Sunday closed the answering machine is on so please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as we can

Good morning jet2 have just announced they have suspended flights til 23 rd June with flights commencing 24 th June they have published that they feel the government have not given enough clarification of the rulings for travel on the 17 th may
And it is unfair on customers travel agents and there own staff to not have this clarity and once the government do update this information it will be a rush for customers to make arrangements if you have a booking up to 23 rd June I will be in touch with your options for your bookings the same options will be in place a full refund or we can rebook for a later date this year or 2022 thank you for your continued patience we are very disappointed for everyone who cannot travel and will advise and help where ever we can .
Stay safe and hopefully you can take to the skies from 24 th June .
