MClub are sponsoring North Staffs Mind festive Mental Elf Run at Trentham Gardens this Sunday 1st of December 2024. Are you up for the challenge?
Take part in supporting mental health this December by walking or running 5km to help raise awareness of the need for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. Right now, 1 in 4 people are struggling with mental health and your support could make a difference.
This fun run is open to all abilities and ages (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult).
We are offering a No-Joining Fee to all runners who sign up with MClub on the day so keep an eye out for our stall and come say hello.

Together, we can make a difference and create a healthier, happier community. Join us in making a positive impact on mental health today!
