Martails Arts classes for children and adults of all abilities, set in a structured but fun and friendly environment.

For children and young adults, these classes are a great way of teaching life skills and work ethic, as well as learning to use motor skills, co-ordination and balance whilst gaining confidence and respect. For adults it is a great way of keeping fit, relieving stress & learning self-defense. Instructor - Kris Holland - has been with UKTG since 2009 and is a 1st dan black belt, having previously learnt other Martial Arts disciplines.
