A really useful guide of what you need to do if you are planning to travel abroad.

Fully-vaccinated travellers will no longer need to self-isolate on arrival into England from 19th July when travelling from an amber-listed country. There will still be a requirement to take a pre-departure test three days before travelling and a PCR test on day two of arrival back in England.
