💥Had so much fun last night on Black Country Radio, talking about Reiki and the launch of my new website (www.healthymindandsoul.co.uk), new company name and the world of holistics.......despite the huge red microphone which I had to negotiate every time we went live on air!

Amazing to hear about Kieran Paul Brown's book and his work as a dating coach advising men on how to woo a woman!

Most of all, I couldn't believe the amount of work involved in the Drive Time radio show...Leigh Perry you amazed me! Operating different screens, lights, buttons, lever looking things, receiving telephone calls, giving cues, uploading tracks, delivering travel updates....the list goes on. I felt exhausted just watching you. Had to listen to one of my own meditations when I got back home. Lols!

💢 What really boosts manifesting is.....YOUR VIBRATION!💥

We did this through meditation at the MANIFESTATION WORKSHOP to get our energy into alignment. You can also use chanting, mantras or mudras if these work for you.

Belief in yourself is not just important, it's crucial!

At last weekend's workshop the bouncy energy was soooo obvious! I felt like I was on fire, brimming over with excitement for all of the attendees. The workshop was a sell out. To hear so many interesting conversations and reflections on their manifesting experiences, after attending these workshops, was just pure delight for me to hear! With the worksheets, we got rid of our negative self talk, processed our feelings, broke our goals down into small actionable steps and I could see that everyone became much brighter, lighter and in alignment, ready to have their best year of MANIFESTATION yet!

Well done everyone....a great way to start the year in a powerful way! The reviews will be published soon. Thank you to all of you for your feedback, it tells me that my workshops and training sessions are effective and well received.
