Looking for an unusual and hands-on day out in the Cotswolds? When staying at our holiday cottages, why not try your hand at crafting your own masterpiece from clay with our friends ?

Run by husband-and-wife team Alan and Annabel Cusack, Honeybourne Pottery offers immersive, fun-filled pottery workshops where you can get messy, creative, and maybe even discover a hidden talent! From potter’s wheel taster sessions to hand-building classes, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner or fancy yourself the next Great Pottery Throw Down champion!

We had an amazing time getting stuck in, spinning clay, and shaping our own unique pots. There were plenty of laughs (and a few wobbly creations), but the best part? Taking home a handmade piece as a keepsake from a truly unforgettable day.

As we close the chapter on 2024, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our loyal customers who made this year our best yet. Your continued support, kind words, and visits to our cottages in the beautiful Cotswolds mean the world to us.

This year, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming familiar faces and meeting so many wonderful new ones. Each guest has helped create lasting memories in our cosy corners of this stunning countryside, and we’re so grateful to be a part of your stories.

Our Story

An irresistible 17th-century cottage that sleeps six adults with plenty of period features and a luxurious interior. Located just off the Market Square in the heart of vibrant Stow on the Wold, the house enjoys spacious living space and a fantastic central location from which to explore the many shops and restaurants this beautiful town boasts. Beautifully refurbished in 2017, Parson's Barn retains many of its original quirks, ensuring an authentic Cotswolds experience. We have added all the unique design and furniture detail that you would expect to find at The Old Stocks Inn, making it a great place to plan your holiday adventures. The cottage can comfortably sleep up to six adults and 1 small child. Parson's Barn is also dog-friendly.
