Sunday 4 August and Portpatrick RNLI Lifeboat Week 2024 is finally here!

We hope to see you Harbourside at 12.30 as we hold a service of blessing the new lifeboat on station - Shannon Class Stella & Humfrey Berkeley.

Once again there will be lots going on around the village. Today is the very popular craft market Portpatrick Market from 11am until 3pm.

If you fancy a bit of dancing then RockinthePort will be at the village hall from 1pm.

If the weather stays fine then you can join Ricky O Boyd and our friends at The Crown Hotel, Portpatrick for some dancing in the streets this afternoon too.

Of course our RNLI gift shop will be open from 11 until 4pm too so do stop by and say hello to our shop volunteers - and remember all proceeds from the shop help support us in saving lives at sea!

Edited to add - The credit card machine in the RNLI gift shop is out of order so please bring cash. Cash machines are available at Gillespies and Maggies PO.
