This coming weekend, Muro in Mallorca hosts the Fira de sa Carabassa, an event celebrating autumn but the pumpkin in particular!

There's all sorts of family-friendly fun from treasure hunts and storytelling to tastings and fair rides, culminating in Sunday's Concurs de Carabassas offering cash prizes for the largest pumpkin.

As we battened down the hatches for Storm Ashley this weekend, we remembered giving kite surfing a go whilst on holiday in Kefalonia this summer.

There's sand on the camera lens, the whipping wind the soundtrack but oh, it was SO MUCH FUN!

In what could well be our cutest, most adorable post to date, take a few moments out of your day to watch this turtle being encouraged to the Kefalonian sea.

Last week, our finance director, Chris and his family volunteered at Wildlife Sense, a conservation charity based on the island. Survey teams monitor nests and ensure that as many hatchlings make it as possible.
