We really are in a cracking wee spot away from the hustle and bustle ( no tour bus here)next to the river Don 2 min from our local village shop, 10 min from Goodbrand & Ross tea room, 15min from killdrummy Inn, 20min from Tarand bike trails, line of sight, Balmoral castel and our local bar is open at weekends. The perfect wee spot to just chillax 🧘 and taking in the surrounding beauty of The Cairngorms National Park.🏞️

We've upgraded our Sweetdonside hens to a bigger coop! 🏡🐔 Selling our amazing Omlet coop with automatic door opener. It's in mint condition, obviously, because we have the most spoiled hens ever🤣 If any local folk are interested PM £400 NO time wasters 👊 am to busy looking after my hens

Ohhhh I do love a wee wild flower 🌸when we bought the property this wee embankment was covered in hores manure💩 and nettles. Its taken a good bit of work to get it blooming 💪. Now it just puts a big smile on my face and drives our gardener Joe crazy 🤪 when I say if it flowers leave it 👨‍🌾I love it wild and free🤣🥰

People who received a £100 Aberdeenshire Loves Local gift card last year to help with the challenges around the cost of living only have until June 30 to spend it.

Any card which has a balance remaining on it after that date will be deactivated and any unspent monies will redistributed into other projects supporting economic recovery and those in low income households across Aberdeenshire.

Some £900,000 has been spent to-date on the distributed cards which were activated by the June deadline last year. There have been over 32,000 separate transactions with 300 signed-up businesses in the region.
