We looked to book a family holiday but always worry about booking online. Therefore, we went to enquire about a holiday and spoke to Nadia - Keel Square branch in Sunderland. We went with a location and a date in mind and Nadia took her time with us and endeavoured to find us a great deal and quote. After going back to speak with family and due circumstances out of our control, we had to change the month and date of travel. We visited Nadia with our change of date. Nadia was so kind and patient with us. Especially as we had a lot of questions and specific things we wanted to add, on to our holiday. Nadia was brilliant, so helpful and nothing was a bother. We have booked our holiday and the holiday count down has officially started.

Welcome to Hays Travel Keel Square. We opened our new store December 7th 2018. We have many years of experience between our team and are always at hand to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to send us a message for any holiday enquiries or if you are interested in booking, give us a call and we can help sort your perfect holiday!

Our team includes:

Sam - Store Manager, Joined Hays in January 2020 and has over 13 year experience in travel. Sam’s favourite destinations included Florida, Cuba and Sri Lanka.

Kirsty - Assistant Manager, has been with Hays Travel for 10 years. Kirsty has been to many places in the world, her favourites being San Francisco, Vegas & Mexico. She does still love to party it up in Ibiza though.

Christine - Foreign Exchange Consultant absolutely loves cruising, she has been in Foreign Exchange for over 13 years so will always be able to look after you and help with your currency needs. Her favourite places include the Caribbean, Turkey and Florida!

Beth - Travel Consultant, joined our store in April 2019. She has worked at Hays Travel for 5 years in both retail and head office departments. Her favourite holidays to sell are young and lively!

Hannah F - Travel Consultant, has recently joined our branch at Keel Square after completing her apprenticeship. Hannah has a passion for travelling and going to new destinations.

Hannah B - Travel Academy, has recently joined Hays after going to travelling around South East Asia and Australia. She has a wealth of knowledge for this destination so please feel to ask her.

Alice - First Year Travel Apprentice who joined us in August 2019. Her favourite destination to travel to is Benidorm on her family holiday. She has been 3 times and can help with any holiday enquiries or questions you may have.

At Hays Travel, we are well known for providing tailor-made holidays to long haul destinations, but we offer lots of other holiday types too, from last minute deals to UK getaways, city breaks, cruises and European destinations. We also offer great rates on foreign currency from our in-house bureau de change. We're a friendly team and many of our customers have been booking with us for many years.
