This summer, with Rhodes Wild Fires & now Air Traffic Control issues, it has to be reiterated once again the value & importance of booking with an experienced Travel Agent......
We only book financially protected holidays with ATOL cover. We do not cut corners to save £10 here & there...ALL our clients got home from Rhodes, with up-to-date communication 24/7 as they booked a "package" holiday with no outlay out of their own pockets... This week Air Traffic chaos has left people stranded overseas...ALL our clients have been able to communicate with us, have been booked into hotels & secured flights home....
Those that have booked themselves (flights & or hotels separately) or online with certain companies (not naming any culprits) have been left to source their own rooms and flights - some days later than expected....
