Thank you to everyone for their feedback regarding last years BIKE NIGHT! 🏍️💨🍔☕️🍻

It was our first bike night, and with anything that’s new there are always things to learn from! We are going to be taking all your comments on board and really hope it doesn’t deter any of you returning on the 1st June 🏍️

A little back story for why we wanted to start bike nights; as a small family run business we love to bring the community together, which is why we hold regular bingo/physic/quiz nights as well as our annual festival. With the main road being a really busy route for many bikers - we thought we have a perfect location for you all to come together (great parking, relaxing ambience, plenty of room for bands & bbqs). As a family we also have a huge passion for bikes, travelling around the world to watch our close friend in WSB 🏍️💨

Regarding the sign last year saying ‘no bikers inside’, I completely understand how this sign comes across as unwelcoming and this of course will not be the case this year. We had opened our outdoor bar and put up a BBQ specifically for you guys to ensure you were not waiting to be served inside, as there can be longer wait times and queues during busy periods. We wanted to ensure you got your drinks and food as efficiently as possible! Everyone is more than welcome to dine indoors/outdoors from our regular menu.🍴

We want to make this years bigger and better and would love you all to join us … please let us know any more feedback, we are all ears! We want to be a great venue for all local events 😁

The Business:

The Stables Bar and Restaurant is located at Grange Farm Park a family run, luxury holiday park on the coast of Lincolnshire with a range of 5* accommodation. We are committed to serving high-quality, locally sourced British favourites and comfort food classics.

The Stables is a 60-seater relaxed style brasserie serving the general public and holiday guests hearty breakfasts to tempting evening meals and everything in between. In addition to our restaurant, we boast an array of al fresco dining options, including 2 joined tipis, alongside a cosy potting shed, spacious stretch tent, inviting BBQ hut, and canopy area, ensuring there is something for every occasion.

The Role:

Collaborate with the team to prepare food and uphold our high standards, ensuring a consistent plate even during peak times.

Take an active role in maintaining day-to-day kitchen operations to uphold our 5-star food hygiene rating.

Lead menu development efforts and oversee the maintenance of gross profit margins.

Innovate by creating daily specials to minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction.

Effectively manage stock levels and place food orders to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff to foster a cohesive and skilled team.

This full-time position requires availability for weekend and evening shifts, reflecting the demands of our dynamic restaurant environment.

Additional responsibilities may include overseeing kitchen equipment maintenance, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Successful Candidates:

Passion for food and a keen sense of creativity are essential attributes for successful candidates, as you will have the opportunity to infuse your own flair into our menu.

Proficiency in food preparation and presentation techniques is a must, coupled with expertise in utilizing the Rational Cooking System.

Thorough knowledge of health and hygiene regulations, including allergen management, is required to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Our health and safety management system, will support with all aspects of food hygiene, providing you with the necessary tools to maintain our high standards.

It’s about your values too. Embrace our customer-focused ethos at Grange Farm Park, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to meet the needs of our valued guests.

While prior experience as a Head Chef is preferred, we welcome applications from experienced Sous Chefs eager to step into a leadership role in their own kitchen.
