* come out of your comfort zone, don't just do the exercises you like. I know every day is international chest press and bicep curl day but if you do the exercises you don't like you're more likely to see gains.ā£

* invest emotions, you should care about your workout. It could be excitement or even nerves. You should feel something when it comes to each days session.ā£

* Complete the workout, you might feel tired or sore but you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. ā£

* When you leave the gym make sure you left it all on the gym floor. I don't wanna see you skipping out of the gym like you had a picnic. Force your body to give you more than it was willing to give.ā£

1. Reprogram your mind to stay positive.ā£

Focus on gratitude (keep a graitutde journal), listen/repeat positive affirmations, surround your self with positive uplifting people and keep active with exercise to prevent sitting around thinking or watching BS!ā£

2. Get up earlier. If you normally set your alarm for 7 a.m., set it for 6:30 a.m.ā£

The reason?ā£

This will give you some extra time in the morning to exercise, meditate, read, check your emails, spend time with your family, plan your day or work on something that youā€™re passionate about.ā£

3. Stop comparing yourself to others.ā£
Stop losing sleep over what others have and what you donā€™t.
